When life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work piles on top of each other, it is easy to let our own health, fitness goals and personal desires, dreams slip. The years go by and we don’t even realize how much our health and fitness may have declined. But for most of us, there comes a time when we realize things must change. A time when gaining control over our own destinies take on a new urgency. For some, it begins with a scary health diagnosis. For others it’s watching a loved one struggle with their own health problems that makes us look within ourselves. And still for others, it is when they finally realize they’ve spent so many years taking care of others, that they have neglected to take care of themselves. When that time comes and it’s time to turn things around and start anew, it can be daunting and overwhelming, just knowing where to start or what to do, not to mention the dreaded thought of how to stay motivated through it all- especially if you try to do it all on your own. That is where we come in! Our goal at SIS is to assist you in making sure you are successful, helping you every step of the way in reaching your health journey goals no matter how big or small those goals may be.
